Informations sur le produit
- Boc-D-Tyr(2-Br-Z)-OH
- N-Tert-Butyloxycarbonyl-O-(2-Bromobenzyloxycarbonyl)-D-Tyrosine
Boc-O-2-bromo-Z-D-tyrosine is a mutant strain that was created to investigate the effects of increased levels of chondroitin sulfate on enzymatic reactions. It has been shown to inhibit pancreatic lipase, reducing the digestion and absorption of fat, cholesterol, and triglycerides. Boc-O-2-bromo-Z-D-tyrosine also inhibits the production of oligosaccharides in human intestinal bacteria. This compound has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and d-xylose, which are substrates for chemical structures that can be used as acceptors. The yield of this mutant strain is higher than that of wild type strains isolated from natural sources. This strain produces fatty acids with hydroxyl groups at the end.
