Description

(S)-(-)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)ethylamine is a substrate for the protein tyrosine kinase. It has been shown to bind to the epidermal growth factor receptor and inhibit the proliferation of cells. This compound is a member of the class of molecules that can be classified as Factor Receptor Inhibitors. (S)-(-)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)ethylamine has an inhibitory potency against carboxy, epidermal growth factor, and growth factor.
