Informations sur le produit
- Pyridinium, 1-Butyl-, Bromide (1:1)
- N-butylpyridinium bromide
1-Butylpyridinium Bromide is a fluorophore that can be used as a probe for the detection of cationic polymerization. It reacts with hydroxyl groups to form an ion pair, which has high fluorescence values. This probe also has synergistic interactions with metal surfaces, such as copper and nickel. 1-Butylpyridinium Bromide fluoresces in the presence of chlorine atoms. The nmr spectra of this compound exhibit nitrogen atoms in the chloride group, as well as hydrogen fluoride and other fluorinated compounds. 1-Butylpyridinium Bromide exhibits thermal expansion properties at temperatures above 0 degrees Celsius, so it should not be stored at these temperatures.
