Description

Bis(triphenylphosphine)copper Tetrahydroborate is a copper-containing reagent that can be used for the preparation of metal complexes. It reacts with electrophilic compounds such as chlorides, azides, and aldehydes to form metal chloride complexes. This reagent is soluble in organic solvents and can be purified by recrystallization. Bis(triphenylphosphine)copper Tetrahydroborate has an acceptor property and interacts with magnesium ions to form an insoluble precipitate.
