Description :
BLU9931 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4) and inhibits protein synthesis. BLU9931 works by binding to FGFR4 and inhibiting the activation of downstream signaling pathways, including mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt signaling. BLU9931 has been shown to be effective against metastatic colorectal cancer cells in vitro, as well as prostate cancer cells in vivo. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and can inhibit tumor cell proliferation in vitro.
