Description :
4-Butylbenzoyl Chloride is a chloroformate ester that is used as an acylating agent in organic chemistry. This molecule has been shown to have anticancer activity against cervical cancer cells, which may be due to its ability to induce cell lysis. 4-Butylbenzoyl Chloride has also been shown to react with the chloride ion, forming a reactive compound that can initiate polymerization of other molecules. The anticancer activity of this compound has been studied using molecular modeling and in vitro cytotoxic activity.
