Bis(tetrabutylammonium) Dihydrogen Bis(isothiocyanato)bis(2,2'-bipyridyl-4,4'-dicarboxylato)ruthenium(II) is a polymer film that is used to convert solar energy into electrical energy. It is made from ruthenium and bipyridine-based dyes that are sensitive to light. When exposed to sunlight, the electrons in the metal ions are excited and create a photocurrent. This can be converted into an electrical current by connecting it to a load. The quantum theory of light has been applied for this purpose by considering the electron as a photon with a wavelength of 400 nm. This property has also been studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and kinetic data analysis. The polymer film has also been laser ablated in order to study its transport properties and hydrogen fluoride has been used as an electrolyte to study its dye-sens
