Informations sur le produit
4-Butoxy-N-(2,4-difluorophenyl)benzamide is a synthetic compound that has been shown to regulate the expression of mirnas. It binds to RNA, and inhibits the activity of protein synthesis in the cell by preventing ribosomal binding to mRNA. This inhibition leads to a decrease in gene regulation, which may be useful for therapeutic purposes. 4-Butoxy-N-(2,4-difluorophenyl)benzamide is also capable of regulating mirnas in Caenorhabditis elegans and C.elegans mutants. The drug has been shown to have no effect on the nematode worm's metabolism or growth rate.
