The compound has been shown to have occlusive properties and to attack DNA. 2-Benzyl-4-Oxo-5,5,5,-Trifluoropentanoic Acid is also able to inhibit the synthesis of DNA by esterases and can be used in long term experiments. It can also be used to analyze different techniques and apply them to updating software applications.
