Informations sur le produit
- p-Chlorobenzenesulfonyl isocyanate
4-Chlorobenzenesulfonyl isocyanate (CSIC) is a lactam that has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-chlorobenzene sulfonyl chloride with an ester or amide. CSIC has a number of biological activities, including inhibition of specific protein kinases and phosphatases, which lead to changes in cell signaling. CSIC has also been shown to inhibit the synthesis of cyclic nucleotides and other biomolecules.
