Informations sur le produit
- 5-Thiazolecarbonitrile, 2-Chloro-
2-Chlorothiazole-5-carbonitrile (2CTC) is a nitrile, oxime, and deaminated derivative of 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzthiazole. It has been shown to react with copper, dehydrated, and thionyl chloride to form the corresponding chlorides. The 2CTC also reacts with phosgene to form trifluoroacetic anhydride and with nitrous acid to form nitrous oxide. 2CTC can react with trifluoroacetic anhydride and chloride or nitrous acid to form the corresponding chloride or nitrite salts. 2CTC can react with nitrous oxide in the presence of oxygen to produce trifluoroacetamide.
