Description :
(S)-3-Cyclopropylmorpholine is a novel, lead compound that has been shown to have anti-cancer activity in xenograft mouse models. It is an analog of the natural product cyclopropylmorpholine and has demonstrated efficacy in vivo against various cancer cell lines. (S)-3-Cyclopropylmorpholine inhibits the growth of tumor cells by inhibiting protein kinase C, which leads to decreased inflammatory responses. This compound may be used as a new treatment for inflammatory diseases such as arthritis and asthma.
