Informations sur le produit
- Quinazoline, 4-chloro-6,7-diethoxy-
4-Chloro-6,7-diethoxyquinazoline (4CDQ) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that binds to the receptor tyrosine kinase of the cancer cells. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. 4CDQ is a radioiodinated compound with high uptake by tumor cells in vitro and in vivo. It has a low therapeutic index and moderate inhibitory potency against various cancers, such as myeloid leukemia, lung cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and renal cell carcinoma. 4CDQ is also useful for imaging purposes to diagnose these cancers.
