Description :
Coumarin314t is a fluorescent compound used as a marker for immunohistochemical staining. Coumarin314t is a derivative of coumarin, which has been modified to increase the fluorescence intensity and to extend the fluorescence lifetime. Coumarin314t is typically used in combination with trifluoroacetic acid, which removes the neutral form of the compound from solution. This allows for selective staining of ester compounds that are not removed by this process.
