Description :
4-Chloropyridine-N-oxide is a compound that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of the H1N1 virus, which was responsible for the 2009 pandemic. It is an organic ligand and can be used as a catalyst for palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. 4-Chloropyridine-N-oxide is also an important precursor in the synthesis of other compounds, such as acetonitrile and acyl halides.
