Description :Cocinic acid is a fatty acid that is found in coconut oil. It has been used as a conditioning agent and as an emulsifier for the production of hydrogenated coconut oil. Cocinic acid is also used as a sulfated or unsulfated fatty alcohol, which can be found in the profiles of many natural oils. The fatty acids in cocinic acid are combined with an alcohol to produce esters, which are used as an ingredient in many cosmetic products.
