Informations sur le produit
4-Cyano-3-nitrobenzoic acid is an organic compound that is synthesized from primary alcohols and aziridine. The reaction products are analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The stereoisomers of 4-cyano-3-nitrobenzoic acid can be separated and identified by HPLC. This reaction also produces 4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzoic acid, which can be purified by crystallization. The catalytic mechanism of this process is not well understood, but it has been shown to involve a c-h bond and equilibration. There are no known nmr spectra for this product, but the optical properties have been studied extensively.
