• Description: Cyfluthrin is a pyrethroid insecticide that inhibits the activity of various enzymes, including those involved in the synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids. Cyfluthrin has been shown to synergize with other insecticides, such as carbamate or organophosphate compounds. It also has a sublethal effect on insects at low doses. Cyfluthrin is not genotoxic, but can cause biochemical and metabolic disorders in vertebrates.
