Chromium potassium sulfate dodecahydrate is a chemical compound that is used in the therapy of diabetes. Chromium potassium sulfate dodecahydrate is a strong oxidizing agent and can react with basic proteins such as albumin and hemoglobin, forming crosslinked polymers that are insoluble in water and form particles.
