Description :
4-Chloro-7-fluoroquinazoline is an antitumor agent that belongs to the group of benzene derivatives. It is a white crystalline solid with a melting point of 93-95°C. The structure of 4-chloro-7-fluoroquinazoline consists of a four membered benzene ring and heterocyclic system. The molecule also has hydrogen bonds, dihedral angles, and a heterocyclic system that contains potassium ions. This drug has been studied for its ability to inhibit the growth of tumors in experimental animals. In addition, 4-chloro-7-fluoroquinazoline has been shown to be effective against potassium carbonate insoluble tumors in mice and to have antiinflammatory properties.
