Description :
cis-1,4-Cyclohexanediamine is an ethylene diamine derivative that binds to the metal ion and forms a complex. This complex then reacts with water to release heat. The cyclohexane ring of cis-1,4-Cyclohexanediamine is not affected by thermal expansion or chemical stability. The molecule also has high hydrogen bonding interactions and can be used for analytical methods as it is highly soluble in water.
