1,2,4,5-Cyclohexanetetracarboxylic acid is a reactive compound that can be used in organic synthesis. It has been shown to have photocatalytic activity and can be used as a high-temperature binder for concrete. 1,2,4,5-Cyclohexanetetracarboxylic acid can also act as an antifungal agent and has been shown to inhibit the growth of P. aeruginosa.
