Description :Curzerene is a polyphenolic compound found in Curcuma aromatica, a plant that is used for its curative properties. Curzerene has been shown to decrease the blood glucose level and increase the locomotor activity of mice. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Curzerene can be used to treat vaginal atrophy in women as it inhibits the production of protein target enzymes, such as pachymic acid. It has also been shown to have a molecular docking analysis with etoac extract, which is an extract obtained from plants of the Eucalyptus genus.
