Description

Cloperastine is a selective antagonist of the histamine H1 receptor. Cloperastine has a medical function in the treatment of cough due to its antihistaminic and mild bronchorelaxant action(Catania, 2011). In 2020, cloperastine was indicated as a potential antiviral drug for the treatment of COVID-19 patients (Reznikov, 2020).
