Description :2,6-Difluoro-N-[1-[[2-fluoro-6-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]methyl]-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]benzamide is a blocker of voltage gated calcium channels. It is a selective inhibitor of T lymphocytes and monocytes. This drug is also an inhibitor of the pyrazole channel. The amino groups in this molecule bind to the channel and block it, thereby inhibiting calcium flow into the cell. 2,6-Difluoro-N-[1-[[2-fluoro-6-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]methyl]-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]benzamide blocks cytokines that are released by human immune cells, which may be responsible for its antiinflammatory effects.
