• Description: Des-Tyr1-Leu-Enkephalin H-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu-OH is a synthetic opioid peptide that acts as a neuroprotective agent and has been shown to enhance the expression of nerve growth factor. It also has immunomodulatory effects by interacting with opioid receptors and regulating the production of inflammatory cytokines.
