Description

Diethyldicyclopentadiene is a divalent hydrocarbon with two reactive hydroxyl groups. It is soluble in organic solvents and has a high viscosity. Diethyldicyclopentadiene can be used to introduce carbon-carbon double bonds in polymers such as polycarboxylic acids, c1-4 alkyl, monomers, and copolymers.
