Description

(E)-N-[1-(Dimethylcarbamoyl)propyl]-N-propyl-but-2-enamide is a small molecule that has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in animal models. It is also effective in treating chronic bronchitis and inflammatory diseases such as cancer. The drug has been shown to be safe for use in humans and does not show any signs of toxicity or adverse effects.
(E)-N-[1-(Dimethylcarbamoyl)propyl]-N-propyl-but-2-enamide binds to the target tissue, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of protein kinase C (PKC). It also prevents the activation of mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs), which are involved in inflammation. This drug also reduces locomotor activity and increases insulin sensitivity when administered chronically.
