Informations sur le produit
- (S,S)-DACH-Phenyl Trost Ligand
(S,S)-DACH-phenyl trost ligand is a reactive molecule that is used in synthesis of epoxides and jatrophane diterpenes. The (S,S)-DACH-phenyl trost ligand has been shown to have antitumor activity against metastatic colorectal cancer. It has also been found to inhibit the production of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) by binding to the viral reverse transcriptase and inhibiting its ability to synthesize DNA from RNA. This molecule has nitrogen atoms that can be coordinated with copper ions, which may account for its reactivity. The mechanism of this reaction is unknown, but it may involve amines or hydrogen bonding.
