Informations sur le produit

- benzamide, 2-bromo-N,N-diethyl-
N,N-Diethyl-2-bromobenzamide is a cross-coupled intramolecular heteroarene that reacts with thiophenes and thiazoles to form six-membered heteroarenes. This reaction is an example of a nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction, in which the benzamide replaces the hydrogen atom on the benzene ring. The yield of this reaction can be increased by using electron-rich aromatic compounds such as thiophenes or thiazoles. N,N-Diethyl-2-bromobenzamide is also able to undergo arylation reactions, where an aryl group is added to its ring structure. This product has been shown to react with other functional groups such as amines and alcohols.
