Informations sur le produit
- (E)-4-(Dimethylamino)but-2-enoic acid methyl ester(E)-4-(Dimethylamino)-2-butenoic acid methyl ester
Trans 4-dimethylaminocrotonic acid methyl ester is a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is used to treat epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and HER2-positive breast cancer. This agent inhibits the activation of these receptors, which are involved in tumor cell proliferation and migration. Trans 4-dimethylaminocrotonic acid methyl ester also inhibits the activity of other protein kinases such as Src and Raf. It has been shown to be effective in xenograft models of human breast cancer cells, inhibiting tumor growth by blocking EGFR signaling pathways.
