Description :
2,2-Dimethyl-piperazine is a piperazine with the chemical formula C5H12N2. It is a white crystalline solid with a melting point of 159°C. 2,2-Dimethyl-piperazine has been shown to activate the δ-opioid receptor and inhibit human liver microsomes. This compound can also be used as an intermediate in the preparation of other compounds such as pesticides and pharmaceuticals.
