Description :
Diphenyliodonium-2-carboxylate Monohydrate is a photolyzed, biomolecular, pluronic f127 and surfactant. It can be used as a stabilizer in coatings and as a gelation agent in cosmetics. Diphenyliodonium-2-carboxylate Monohydrate is also a byproduct of the reaction of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid with sodium iodide. This product can be used in the production of micelles or when irradiated with UV light, it produces an endotherm that can be measured using an enthalpy to viscosity ratio.
