Description

4-Diphenylmethoxy-1-methylpiperidine hydrochloride is a water-soluble drug with an analytical method that is used to detect dopamine in vitro. This drug has been shown to have matrix effect on the uptake of propranolol hydrochloride and hydroxyl group on the uptake of lc-ms/ms method. 4-Diphenylmethoxy-1-methylpiperidine hydrochloride has been shown to have anti fungal activity against Candida albicans. It also has been shown to be effective in treating cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis, which is characterized by elevated levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, and other fats in the blood as well as deposits of yellowish fat tissue in tendons and around joints.
