Description

2',6-Dihydroxyflavone is a flavonoid that has been shown to have anticancer properties in animal experiments. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human cancer cells and the growth of tumors in mice. The structure of 2',6-dihydroxyflavone has been determined by analysis of its analogues, which are structurally related to other flavones.
