Description :
Dermenkephalin is a cyclic peptide secreted from the posterior pituitary gland. It is a potent agonist of δ-opioid receptors and has been shown to inhibit locomotor activity in mice. Dermenkephalin also has opioid effects and may be involved in drug interactions with other opioids.
