Description

Demethylzeylasteral is a drug that has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity against du-145 cells and may be used as an experimental model for autoimmune diseases. The drug has shown clinical relevance in vitro assays, where it was found to inhibit the proliferation of glomerular cells and induce mitochondrial membrane potential loss. Demethylzeylasteral also appears to have significant interactions with other drugs, such as lc-ms/ms method. This drug is a chinese herb that has been shown to increase autophagy and decrease metabolic disorders in animal models.
