Description

Dioxygenyl hexafluoroantimonate (DHF) is a potential antineoplastic agent that has been shown to be effective against tumor cells in the presence of high concentrations. It has an absorption spectrum with a large peak at 228 nm, which is the wavelength used by many instruments for measuring oxygen concentration. The stability of DHF is due to its ability to form stable compounds with recirculating gas, such as nitrogen and oxygen. DHF can be analyzed using flow rate techniques and cryogenic temperatures. The product can be released as a gas or liquid under pressure, depending on the temperature of the reaction.
