Description

Eucalyptus oil is a natural compound that is extracted from the leaves of the Eucalyptus tree. It contains cineole, which exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. Cineole has been shown to act as a ligand for the toll-like receptor (TLR) and has been shown to induce cytokines such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), which are important for immune responses.
