Informations sur le produit
Triethyl (2e)-3-methyl-4-phosphonocrotonate is a synthetic retinoid. It binds to nuclear receptors and alters the transcription of genes, which can lead to the inhibition of cell growth. This compound has been shown to be potent antiproliferative in vitro and in vivo and has been used as a chemotherapeutic agent for cervical cancer. Triethyl (2e)-3-methyl-4-phosphonocrotonate has also been shown to be more effective than methoprene at inhibiting the development of breast cancer tumors in mice.
