Effusol is a chemical compound that is used in the treatment of cancer. It is a natural compound that is extracted from plants belonging to the family Capparidaceae. The chemical structure of Effusol consists of a 4-hydroxycinnamic acid group, which interacts with the hydroxyl group on the surface of bacteria and kills them. Effusol has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, as it inhibits prostaglandin synthesis. It also has an effect on cell proliferation and tumor growth in vitro. Effusol has been shown to be effective against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Clostridium perfringens, although it is not active against acid-fast bacteria such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis or Mycobacterium avium complex. This drug also has a toxic effect on respiratory system cells, which may be due to its ability to induce apoptosis.
