Description :
2-Furanmethanethioformate is a food additive that is used as an emulsifying agent and as a packaging agent. It has also been shown to be an effective enhancer for the production of microcapsules. 2-Furanmethanethioformate is often used in conjunction with sulfur, which acts as a diluent.
