Informations sur le produit
5-Fluoro-2-indolyl deschlorohalopemide is a drug that inhibits the activity of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and sodium citrate, which are signal pathways that can lead to skin cancer. It also has been shown to inhibit the light emission from cells in culture. This drug has been used in vitro to study cellular physiology and ischemia reperfusion injury. 5-Fluoro-2-indolyl deschlorohalopemide has also been shown to be effective against adrenocortical carcinoma in vitro and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells in vitro. It binds with high affinity to EGF receptors, which may cause cell lysis followed by cell death.
