Description :
Fmoc-Asn(Xan)-OH is a macrocyclic compound that has been shown to have an x-ray crystallographic structure. The compound was obtained by reacting Fmoc-Lys(Xan)-OH with the amino acid Asn. The X-ray crystallography and elemental analyses showed that the compound is chiral.
Fmoc-Asn(Xan)-OH has been characterized by resonance and magnetic resonance spectra as well as elemental analyses. This compound also has a magnetic property which can be used for separation of other compounds or for determining the purity of Fmoc-Asn(Xan)-OH.
