Description

6-Fluoro-3-(4-piperidinyl)-1,2-benzisoxazole hydrochloride is a synthesized drug that binds to the m1 receptors in the body. This binding causes it to be damaging to cells, which has been shown by in vitro studies with both fibroblast cells and mcf-7 cells. 6-Fluoro-3-(4-piperidinyl)-1,2-benzisoxazole hydrochloride has a high affinity for 5HT1A receptors and is a potent agonist of these receptors. It has been shown to inhibit the release of L-Lysine from neurons and is an efficient method for studying the effects of drugs on neuronal activity.
