• Description: Fmoc-S-trityl-D-cysteine (Fmoc-SC) is a modified amino acid that is used in the synthesis of biomolecules. It can be synthesized using a stepwise process, starting with the reaction between cysteine and trityl chloride. Fmoc-SC has been shown to inhibit mitochondrial membrane potential and cell growth in cancer cells.
