Description :
N-alpha-Fmoc-Ndelta-2-chloro-Z-L-ornithine is a modulator of cellular processes. It has been shown to inhibit the growth and survival of cancer cells, as well as to suppress restenosis after angioplasty. N-alpha-Fmoc-Ndelta-2-chloro-Z-L-ornithine also reduces fibroid size and inhibits cellular transformation in vitro. This agent has been found to be effective against cardiac and pulmonary fibrosis, as well as endometriosis, scleroderma, age related macular degeneration and retinopathies. N alpha Fmoc N delta 2 chloro Z L ornithine also exhibits antitumor activity by inhibiting the proliferation of malignant cells.
