Informations sur le produit
- Fmoc-L-Ser(H2PO3)-OH
Fmoc-O-phospho-L-serine is a phosphoric acid derivative that is used in the solid-phase synthesis of peptides. It reacts with amino acids on the resin to form phosphopeptides. The addition of an acid, such as trifluoroacetic acid, removes the methoxy protecting group and releases the peptide from the resin. This product also has been shown to be a result of a reaction between phosphoric acid and monobenzyl ester.
