Description :
N-alpha-Fmoc-Nbeta-4-methyltrityl-L-2,3-diaminopropionic acid is a synthetic amino acid that is an inhibitor of protein synthesis. It has been shown to have affinity for the active site of the enzyme carboxypeptidase A and inhibit its function. This drug can also inhibit the growth of breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. The treatment effect of N-alpha-Fmoc-Nbeta-4-methyltrityl-L-2,3-diaminopropionic acid has been confirmed in a study on mice with breast cancer.
