Informations sur le produit
Fmoc-Allysine ethylene acetal is a diagnostic reagent that is used in the diagnosis of proteolytic enzymes. It reacts with pipecolic acid to form a fluorescent product. Fmoc-Allysine ethylene acetal is also used to determine prognosis in epileptic patients and tissues. In addition, it has pharmacological uses and can be used to sequence protein molecules. This compound cross-links proteins, which makes them insoluble in water. Fmoc-Allysine ethylene acetal can be detected by microscopy and has been shown to have antimicrobial effects against bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, when incubated for 48 hours at 37°C.
